Looking at menswear from a young age, I felt disconnected and could not find any clothes that excited me or reflected who I am. I rarely looked forward to the men's section, seeing as all the clothes seemed to be the same silhouettes and barely had more than a few colors. Meanwhile, womenswear was a utopia with every silhouette in every color, fabric, and amount of sparkle.

My dream is to create androgynous evening wear that is not afraid to utilize both femininity and masculinity to make something new, colorful, and dazzling. After trying so long to "fit in," I want to use all my differences and uniqueness to give others an outlet to express their true selves in a way void of gender that empowers the wearer. I aspire to design clothes that my younger self could look at and find a sense of belonging and inspiration.
